It’s Bazaar Time!
Friday, 11/12,  9am – 8pm
Saturday, 11/13,  9am – 3pm

Our annual Holiday Bazaar is our largest community event of the year. We all benefit as proceeds of the Bazaar are applied to special projects and needs that cannot be addressed with the annual budget. This is no small event and we have a number of regular customers who tell us our bazaar is their favorite craft show and they look forward to coming every year to get their holiday season started. This is high praise, considering the amount of competition we have!

We are very blessed to have so many talented and crafty members!
All of the craft items we sell are made and 100% donated to the bazaar. We do not sell space to outside crafters or take items on consignment.

BAZAAR WEEK SCHEDULE

Monday, 11/8:  All craft items (or at least a sample of each item) must be in bazaar room by 6:30 pm for pricing. Please provide cost of materials and recommended selling price.

Tuesday, 11/9, 6:30pm – 9pm: Price merchandise in bazaar room.

Wednesday, 11/10, 12:00pm – 6:00pm:  Set up tables and shelves, decorate room, accept bake sale items.

Thursday, 11/11, 10:00am – 6:00pm:  Display merchandise, accept bake sale items.

Friday, 11/12, 9am – 8pm:  BAZAAR OPEN – need lots of workers to cover shifts. Accept bake sale items for Saturday.

Saturday, 11/13, 9am – 3pm:  BAZAAR OPEN – need lots of workers to cover shifts.

Sunday, 11/14, 11:30am:  Pack up remaining merchandise; clean up Fellowship Hall.
We will sell items right after the church service, then swiftly move to haul tables and chairs back to their rooms, and merchandise back to the bazaar room. It will take only an hour or so if we have plenty of help.

We know the sole reason for our success every year is the generosity of YOU, our church members. It certainly takes a lot of work to get this event ready for the public, and we’re hoping that we can once again count on every one of you to help. Please say YES when asked. We promise you will have fun and you’ll be glad you took time in your busy schedule to be a part of this rich holiday tradition. Thank you in advance for your generosity!
